Terms of Service
November 11, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and [business name, LLC] (“AbsoluteGreed,” “we”) for using absolutegreed.com, the newsletter and the members’ trading floor at traders.absolutegreed.com. By using any of them, you agree to these terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Risk Disclosure, Refund Policy and Community Rules. If you don’t agree, don’t use the sites.
1. What AbsoluteGreed is
AbsoluteGreed provides education, market context, tools and peer discussion for futures traders. It does not provide investment advice, trade signals or recommendations to buy or sell anything, and nothing on the sites is tailored to your account or finances. Futures trading involves substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and their results. Read the Risk Disclosure before you trade or join.
2. Who can use AbsoluteGreed
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. One account per person; accounts can’t be shared, sold or transferred.
3. Your account
Keep your login details secure and your email address current. You’re responsible for everything done through your account. If you think someone else has accessed it, tell us right away at [email protected].
4. Membership and billing
- Price and renewal. Membership costs [$29] a month, billed through Stripe. It renews automatically each month until you cancel.
- Cancelling. You can cancel anytime from your account. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and you won’t be charged again.
- Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy.
- Price changes. We may change the price for new members at any time. If we change the price of an existing membership, we’ll give you at least [30] days’ notice by email, and you can cancel before the new price applies.
- Special offers. Founder, beta and other promotional pricing follows the terms stated with the offer. Promotional pricing ends if you cancel and later rejoin, unless the offer says otherwise.
- Taxes. Prices may not include applicable sales tax, which is added at checkout where required.
- Failed payments. If a payment fails and isn’t fixed, your access may be paused or ended.
5. Community conduct
The floor is moderated, and the Community Rules apply to everything you post. In particular, you may not:
- post paid or affiliate promotions
- harass, threaten or abuse anyone
- post anything illegal, or anything that infringes someone else’s rights
- impersonate anyone, including GrimTrader or staff
- share members-only content, including the brief, videos, indicators and other members’ posts, outside the floor
- scrape, copy in bulk, or use automated tools to collect content from the sites
- upload malware, or compiled code of any kind. Members may share templates, workspaces and source code; only AbsoluteGreed posts compiled indicators.
- try to get around access controls, usage limits or security
6. Your content
You own what you post. By posting, you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce and process your content to run and improve the sites, including through the AI features (for example, summarizing a thread you posted in or reviewing a trade you tagged @TheAuditor on). This license continues for content that remains on the floor after you leave, unless you ask us to remove or anonymize it.
You’re responsible for what you post, and you confirm you have the right to post it. We may remove any content, at any time, that breaks these terms or the Community Rules. We don’t use member posts or results in our marketing without the member’s permission.
7. Our content and tools
Everything we publish is owned by AbsoluteGreed or its licensors and is protected by copyright. That includes the articles, the brief, the Manifesto, Boot Camp videos, indicators, templates, the name and the logos.
While you’re a member, we grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the indicators, templates and other tools in The Armory for your own trading. You may not share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute them, or remove any notices from them. [After your membership ends, you may keep using versions you downloaded while a member / your license to use them ends.]
8. AI features
Some features use AI, including the morning brief, thread summaries, moderation and @TheAuditor. AI output can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. It is not advice, and you shouldn’t rely on it as your only source of information. We may limit how often each member can use AI features, and we may change or remove them.
9. Third-party services
AbsoluteGreed may discuss or link to platforms, brokers, data providers and prop firms we don’t control, such as NinjaTrader. Your use of them is governed by their own terms, and we’re not responsible for them. A mention is not an endorsement. If we ever earn a commission from a link, we’ll say so next to it.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or the Community Rules, if your account is used for fraud or abuse, or if we’re required to by law. If we end a membership for a violation, no refund is owed. If we shut down the floor entirely, we’ll give members at least [30] days’ notice and refund any unused paid period.
11. Disclaimers
The sites, content, tools and AI features are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. That includes any warranty of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. We don’t warrant that any indicator, level, brief or review is correct, or that using them will produce any particular trading result.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, AbsoluteGreed is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the sites, content, tools or AI features. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
13. Indemnity
You agree to cover AbsoluteGreed’s costs, including reasonable legal fees, for any claim that arises from your content, your trading, or your breach of these terms.
14. Copyright complaints
If you believe something on the sites infringes your copyright, email [email protected]. Include the material, where it appears, and your contact details.
15. Disputes and governing law
If you have a problem, email us first; most issues can be sorted out directly. These terms are governed by the laws of [state], and any dispute will be handled in the courts of [county, state] [or: by individual arbitration].
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we’ll change the date at the top, and for significant changes we’ll notify members on the floor and by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the sites after that means you accept the updated terms.
